It’s so sad seeing your loved ones fade before your eyes but I’m grateful that I was able to take care of them. Cherish them while they’re here because one day they’ll be gone. Miss all of them. That’s so sweet! His Dad was so happy and although his dad will forget its a memory he’ll always cherish. Do all you can while you can. Alzheimer’s runs in our family but they don’t know why. My great grandmother, grandmother, mom, and 3 of her sisters had it. Time spent with a parent is so important. I lost my mother to Alzheimer’s. It was hard to watch, but we did have some good times before she couldn’t remember me anymore.
