So that was my official okay my homophobic mom was in a Gallagher 100 proof Chicago’s finest I call this milk of the Gods shirt. Well then. It didn’t bother me or anything since I have plenty of friends who are part of the LGBT community, so it was normal for me. Just the fact that mom was super religious and homophobic yet was at least bisexual is still hilarious to me. And everyone else? Let’s just say that my oldest friends threw a lot of I told you in my face for a while. My parents were wonderful, supportive people, who I lived with all the way through grad school. I moved out because I got married and had a job. I packed my stuff in boxes before my wedding and picked the boxes up after my honeymoon.
